EXHIBITOR Information

CANCELLATION POLICY: There is a handling fee of $500 on all cancellations. Refund requests must be received in writing by mail or email by June 30, 2020. No refunds will be made thereafter.

Please register your reps on the Exhibitor Representative Form prior to July 31, 2020. Additional reps (beyond supporter level) will incur Attendee registration fees.

All exhibitors MUST have at least 1 table and their company name in the syllabus.

Each space will consist only of 1 (or 2) 6-ft. skirted table(s), 1-2 chairs and your table-top displays, marketing materials and/or laser machines (for display only); 10x10 (or larger) trade show furniture is not allowed.

Our conference is held in a resort site to maximize the enjoyment for those attending and their families. We ask that no vendor meetings/other gatherings take place during our meeting to preserve the attendees’ free time and protect them from commercial/other intrusion during their leisure time. Your overall support will designate your company’s meeting recognition level.
